Data deletion
You can remove schedule-level availability yourself. Account-level deletion requests are handled separately so Raid Sync can safely deal with schedules you may have created.

Delete availability from a schedule
Open the schedule while signed in and use Clear all my availability. This deletes all availability intervals owned by your Raid Sync user for that schedule, even if the schedule's date window was changed after you originally submitted them.
Delete account-level Raid Sync data
Open a ticket in the Support Center and choose Privacy & data deletion. Because support requires Discord sign-in, Raid Sync can associate the request with the signed-in account without asking you to publish credentials or tokens.
A deletion request covers the Discord-linked Raid Sync profile, memberships, participant records, availability and delegated Raid Sync permissions associated with that user. Where an account is the recorded creator of a schedule, the schedule may need to be deleted or reassigned before the profile record can be removed safely.
Closing a support ticket permanently purges all files and screenshots attached to that ticket from Raid Sync server storage. The text conversation may remain as part of the support record until the account-level deletion request is processed.
Discord data
Deleting Raid Sync data does not delete your Discord account or Discord-managed data. Discord account deletion is handled directly by Discord.
