Privacy Policy
Raid Sync only processes the Discord and scheduling data required to provide the service. We do not sell personal data or use it for advertising.

Data we process
When you sign in with Discord, Raid Sync requests the identify and guilds OAuth scopes. We may store your Discord user ID, username, display name, avatar URL, timezone, and membership links for Discord servers where Raid Sync is installed.
When you use a schedule, we store the information you submit to make that schedule work, including selected FFXIV role/job, schedule participation, availability intervals and pauses, and any Raid Sync administration permission granted to your account.
When you use the Discord bot, Discord provides the interaction metadata required to handle the command or button, such as your Discord user ID, server and channel IDs, role/permission information, and the values you submit in Raid Sync commands, menus and modals. Raid Sync does not subscribe to ordinary Discord message content.
When you use Raid Sync Support, we store the ticket subject, category, conversation, your Discord-linked Raid Sync identity, optional related schedule, and any files or screenshots you choose to attach. Attachments are stored privately and are only available to the ticket owner and configured Raid Sync superadmins.
Data we do not request
Raid Sync does not receive your Discord password. The web app does not request your email address, direct messages, message history, contacts, presence, or Discord message content through OAuth.
How the data is used
The data is used to authenticate you, show the Discord servers shared with the bot, associate your role and availability with schedules, calculate overlap windows, render schedule previews, and enforce Raid Sync permissions.
Sharing and sale
Raid Sync does not sell personal data and does not share it with advertising networks. Data is sent to Discord only where required to provide Discord-facing features such as bot messages and interactions, and is processed by the infrastructure providers required to host Raid Sync.
Retention and deletion
Schedule data is retained while it is needed for the corresponding Raid Sync schedule. Users can remove their own availability from a schedule. Support ticket attachments are permanently deleted from server storage when the ticket is closed; reopening a closed ticket does not restore those files. For account-level deletion requests, see the Data deletion page.
Security
Discord authentication is handled through Discord OAuth. Bot tokens, Discord client secrets and production credentials are server-side secrets and are not exposed to browser clients.
Changes
This policy may be updated when Raid Sync functionality or data processing changes. The revision date at the top of this page will be updated when that happens.
