Discord handles authentication. Raid Sync asks only for the OAuth scopes currently needed by the app:

Basic profile · identify
Discord ID, username, display name and avatar so your availability can be identified.
Server list · guilds
Used only to find servers that both your account and the Raid Sync bot belong to.
Raid Sync never asks you to type your Discord password into raidsync.me. Authentication happens through Discord.
